My reason for writing this book was to collate my favourite recipes both for myself and so I could share them with others.  I want to give people an insight into the kind of food an athlete eats and to show that recipes don’t need to be complicated and include obscure ingredients to be nutritious.  These recipes are generally healthy, quick to make and suitable for athletes and anyone else who enjoys good food.
